Sample scripts to read ISMRM raw data format (ISMRMRD, *.h5) k-space data, perform a basic reconstruction, and write out a raw magnitude image.

  1. Mathworks, Natick, MA. Matlab does NOT require ISMRMRD library to read *.h5 data, but HDF5 functions (e.g. h5read) are only available in Matlab 2011 or newer versions
  2. Requires ISMRMRD, FFTW, and blitz++ libraries. Requires CMAKE for build system. See http://ismrmrd.sourceforge.net/ for more details.
